Author(s) - indicating who will be presenting at the event
Abstract document - Abstracts should be written in English in Arial, 12 pt font and should not exceed 300 words.
The abstract should outline the aims, contents and conclusions of the presentation.
Abstracts should not include tables, figures or references.
Video submissions will be accepted, however must include the same components as a written abstract document ie. outline, the aims, content and conclusions of the presentation. Videos should not be longer than 3 minutes.
Supporting documentation is permitted, however the review panel are not obliged to review anything other than the abstract document or video submission.
Submissions must indicate the proposed presentation format from the selection provided.
Submissions on any topic related to the conference will be considered, however please refer to our list of themes for guidance.
Please use the official abstract submission portal. Submissions provided outside the abstract submission portal will not be considered.
Submissions must include a hi-res headshot of the submitting speaker, 150-word biography of the speaker(s). If accepted, your biographic information and presentation title will be listed on the conference website.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Advisory Committee. Presentations will be selected to provide a programme that offers a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to the conference topics.
If you submit an abstract for consideration, you and any co-presenters or panelists must intend to register for the conference. Discounted registration rates are available for successful presenters.
Where an abstract is accepted, revisions or changes of emphasis to match the conference themes may be requested.
