Call For Papers
Terms and Conditions of Submission
- All accepted authors are required to purchase their own registration to ensure they appear in the final programme. A discounted registration is available to all accepted presenters. The deadline for registration is 9 December 2022.
- All costs (e.g. travel and accommodation) to attend the conference must be covered by the accepted author and co-authors (if applicable).
- At least one author of the accepted paper is expected to attend and present at the conference.
- Authors will be notified via email of the outcome of their abstract submission week commencing 16 November 2022.
- By submitting an abstract you give consent for the publication of the abstract and author’s details in all conference material including (but not limited to) conference website, blog posts, newsletters, social media and conference app.
- Presentations and speaker notes will be collated and provided electronically to conference delegates on request.
- Material used at the Urbanism NZ 2023 may be published on the website following the conference.
