30 minutes: Detailed presentation
Oral presentations will be of 30 minutes duration – involving 20 minute presentation and 10 minute discussion. The abstract submission for this presentation should outline the important points, highlighting the aims, methods, relevance, results and conclusions of the work, research, project or case study.
15minutes: Best practice
Oral presentation 15 minutes in duration – discuss and demonstrate strategies, techniques, and solutions for the opportunity to inform about lessons learned, implementations and future plans. Join with other speakers under the one topic to present multiple best practice presentations. Identify in your abstract the other speakers and their presentation titles if you intend to speak together under the one topic.
5minutes: Pitch
Oral presentation 5 minutes in duration using no more than 10 pp slides to pitch an idea, concept, innovation, future focus, success, outcome, solution. Join with other speakers under the one topic to pitch multiple ideas. Or join with other speakers to host multiple pitches on a topic and then undertake a panel discussion with Q&A and delegate immersion via the conference app. Identify in your abstract the other speakers and/or panelists you are presenting with.
Panel presentations bring together a range of views and information from a group of presenters into a discussion on a specific topic or issue. Panel presentations can either be:
Each panel will consist of a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 individual presenters. The panel chair will coordinate the presentations, time keep and facilitate a Q&A component. One abstract is to be submitted by one author on behalf of the group. This abstract is to include a brief outline of the presentation theme, panel title, and the names and affiliations of all the participants. If the panel is including speaker presentations that are not panelists, please include the name(s) of these speakers in your abstract.
Poster presentations are an opportunity for shorter, simultaneous and more personal presentations during the networking sessions within the conference program. A poster is a visual display usually combining text and graphics information.
Poster presenters are to prepare a large, visually appealing presentation (a format will be provided) which will serve as a springboard for informal contact discussion and Q&A. The presenter must be available at a designated date and time to discuss and engage with interested conference attendees and to permit participants to read, review and ask questions about the presentation. Specific information regarding size and mounting requirements will be provided with the notice of acceptance.
